Absolutely the greatest, most delicious, full of flavor and fruit, crazy flaky crust, beyond amazing pies we've EVER had. EVER. My bf is extremely picky about pies, so we'd literally gone on a state wide search for the best raspberry pie we could find. We've finally found it! Not only were the raspberry pies out of this world, we left with a strawberry rhubarb, raspberry peach, raspberry apple, and apple crumb. Each was spectacular! Very reasonably priced, fresh out of the oven (they were all still warm!), and the place was packed, with a line out the door filled with happy customers who must have known about this bakery before we did, as no one seemed to mind the line. The staff was efficient and friendly as well. My only regret is I wish we'd picked up a blueberry as well! I've tried to bake the perfect pie for 25 years, and now realize if I had known about Smith's I would have saved myself years of self torture and disappointment. 🥰 The 3+ hours it took us to get there were well worth the drive, and now that we're down to only one piece of pie left, we'll be placing an even bigger order tomorrow! We were just walk ins and when we saw the reserved pies we panicked thinking we needed to call ahead and didn't know it, but alas they had a table full of hot fresh pies available for walk ins and we were thrilled! Thanks, Smith's, you were the highlight of a most difficult and painful year for us, and I'm not exaggerating. ...

The pies are delicious, probably the best we’ve ever had. But I had a bad service experience.

I ordered pies in October for Thanksgiving and I called the day of pickup, just to make sure they were ready/had our order so there wouldn’t be an issue.

The person who answered the phone said, “I have a thousand pies here I’m in the kitchen and have no idea.” I asked if there was anyone else who would be able to help and they said they would check.

I was on hold for about 10 mins. before I hung up, but could the people working chatting. I hung up when I heard, “We should charge them (the customers) more if they show up earlier.” To which someone replied, “fucking ridiculous.” Happy...

As a local I’ve always admired this place... for years as long as I can remember me and my family have been coming here... and I had the worse service this afternoon.... I purchased 8 gallons or more on Saturday and stored them in a humidity controlled basement 45 - 50 degrees... they exploded the next day and started “working” so to speak.. we were going to do something special with them... I was super bummed and called to let the owners know... only to hear laughing in the background on the phone and to be handled with rudely... I did NOT ask for a refund.... and still was treated with dis respect... I will not be returning or giving “word of mouth” to them. ......
