Caddy Shack Pizza & Pub — Restaurant in Town of Chetek

Have eaten here before, but this time? What a different experience!  We went on a Thursday specifically for the jumbo wings.  What we expected and what we received are two very different things.  When the menu says 'jumbo breaded wings',  I guess i expected fresh breaded jumbo wings.

When we got our order, the onion rings were burnt, and both orders of wings looked like they were forgotten in the fryer.  We sent them back for new.  2nd order came out looking slightly better but still hard to even chew.  When asked, we were told that they are pre-cooked frozen, and that is the way they fry up.  WELL, that expains why they were horrible, but in essence suck it up buttercup!!   We ate two each & brought the rest home...for what i haven't figured out yet.

The 2nd order of onion rings and fries were great, and if you are a potato salad person, you have to try the potato salad,  it is really good.

The service was great, as always, even when they were super busy.  The team worked with each other to make sure customers were helped.  I overheard one ask the other two servers if there was anything they needed help with.  Great job watching out for each other.

The Caddy Shack is known for the pizza, so if you are planning to visit, i suggest pizza. It is the best and only choice,...

The pizzas were very good. The service was not. The waitresses were nice. On Mothers Day May 2021, my family, my in-laws and my friend and her son, went out to eat dinner at The Caddy Shack. My mother in law received her pizza which was the wrong order, they took it away then gave her the order 10 mins after and my husband received their orders of pizza 30 mins into service. An hour went by and asked about my boys meals, which were mac n cheese and my chicken salad, my friends pizza and my father n laws chicken sandwich. The waitress went to go asked, because she too agreed that 1 hour is way too long to wait for food, so they would see about getting us a discount. 15 mins after, my boys received their food after being tierd and starving. I received my salad, my father n law received his food. I asked the cooks where my friends order is which was the pizza. The lady said, "Sorry we messed up on your order, the pizza is coming out soon." 1 hour and 30 mins my friend waited for her pizza. We had not been to this place before, my mother n law had heard good reviews so we decided to try it out. I am questioning...

As Always phenomenal 🍕❤️🍕 Pizza! Absolutely love 💕 Caddy Shack pizza. Great everything, Food, prices, service, specials, games, outside seating, nice inside seating,(Of course could ALWAYS use more seating as y'all are so busy & tables limited) BUT, Everyone can call ahead and reserve your seating as well, which is great especially if y'all have a bigger party of people or larger family, friends, etc .. It's a great place to eat not only pizza but you serve other delicious items on the menu that are very good. However,🍕Pizza🍕 is just always the all time favorite with my family. So, of course when they drive 4 hours to come visit me it's definitely the top pick🥇of the first things to do. With that being said we have three generations(Myself, Daughter & her husband along with three kids, my grandkids) of whom are all HUGE pizza lovers coming & can't wait to take that first bite of pizza. The service is pretty good even when so busy! Thank you to All of you....
