just wanted to start off and say last night dinner was amazing! We came in, server came over promptly took our orders for a 7 top. We got three pizzas, and a couple apps. From where we were sitting you could see into the kitchen. A young man, couldn’t have been more then 16/17 was just banging all those tickets out, BY HIMSELF. Our pizzas ended coming up to the table and they had forgotten some of our extra toppings we had asked for, which is totally fine we get it mistakes happen when you’re rushing that quick. This young man, on his own accord came up to our table and apologized about the inconvenience. What he didn’t know, is there were two people at that table (my father and I) who have been in this industry combined together over 50 years. Me being a gourmet pizza cook, and my father doing some big things with some big names down in Chicago at an executive chef level. To whomever that young man was, just know if you ever do decide this is the way you want to go with your career, you’ll always have a job with me. You genuinely impressed both me and my father. Visited a few weekends ago from out of town and we were passing through. Parking lot is huge. It was pretty busy inside but plenty of tables. The bar area was pretty tight and you had to order food at the bar so had to wait quite a while to get served. Staff was very nice though. They didn’t have crust for large pizzas so we ordered two mediums. They were huge. One thin and one regular hand tossed crust. Now we LOVE pizza and thought this was mediocre. The sauce was very very tomato pasty tasting but the hand tossed crust was sooo good. We typically like thin crust but this time we all opted for the hand tossed one. Fantastic pizza, which ever type you get it is sure to be one of the best you’ve had. Their deep dish can compare to Chicago pizza weather thin crust compares to some of the best in New York. They have many toppings for the pizza and have four different sizes. Another great part is that they have a bowling alley which is very modern for northern Wisconsin, with bumpers for kids and Cosmic bowling at night, plus ball sizes for all different bowlers. They also have a big event space and outdoor volleyball in the sand, plus a bar with beer and a very good selection of other drinks. They have a basic bowling alley pro shop stuff.
