D's Dairy Treat — Restaurant in Town of Cincinnatus

This place is a nice throwback to 1950's dinners with its music and heritage. It's a draw from around the area. We discovered it while camping. It provides a comprehensive menu of hot dogs, hamburgers, chili, chicken, cheese steaks and other hot food. It offers an extensive list of ice cream, sorbetto, sundaes, shakes and more. They even offer a dog menu with soft serve ice cream and kibble. Behind the small shop are ample sitting areas, covered benches, free corn hole, and music from the 50s. Great ice cream and you get a lot. I ordered a small and it had three scoops (hard ice cream). I didn't give it 5 stars because they give no indication as to if there is one line that feeds to both windows ( as it should be) or if there are two lines. Most of us were following the feeder line plan and then some people came, went up to the open window and got served before all of us who were waiting. I hope their ice cream fell off...

18.00 for a hamburger, chili dog and onion rings. Order was wrong, got a Chilli cheese dog. I wouldn't serve that to the wild animals,on top of it it was cold in the middle. Their sauce for the onion rings was watered down horseradish. The hamburger looked like a slider. Couldn't eat it. MCDONALDS has a better quality burger with onions at a 1.79. 😢service was pleasant.
