I just picked up an online order which gave me a 60 minute pickup window from when I ordered at 1:50pm. The quarter pizza I ordered, I paid extra for double cheese and chopped garlic. My pizza had no extra cheese and ZERO chopped garlic.
Not to mention ALL of our food was room temperature at best. Which can only mean that the order was made as soon as it was placed but yet gave me a 60 min window for it to be "ready
Update: I called to complain and was told that the garlic was put on "under the cheese" but he wasn't sure if they put extra cheese on or not. I assure you, I as then went to pull back the layer of cheese to look for my garlic, there was no way that was double cheese. I also saw maybe 3 pieces of chopped garlic - not $1.75 worth (if I can't taste an ingredient I paid extra for it's not there or the amount used should haven't had an upcharge)
He also advised that they do "wait a bit" to fire up online orders. May want to lengthen the window bc our food wasn't room temperature when picked up. The bottoms of the boxes weren't even war,

3 Tries Now! Usually I love Bocce's pizza, but this new location in Clarence's quality was not as good yet. Toppings, especially cheese, were thin/uneven, and the pizza was undercooked. Same results on both occasions we tried it. I hope it's just still getting staff trained & up to par :(
6/13/22 Tried again tonight. Ordered a party size cheese/pepp pizza & this time PAID FOR double cheese. When I got there I looked at it and asked if that was really double cheese because it was barely regular cheese compared to other places. There was many slices with dough bubbles showing and the pizza had only a thin layer of cheese. I told her that we continue to be disappointed in the quality and questioned if the double cheese was missed. She insisted it was "weighed out". Meanwhile the manager who is working behind her & clearly listening to the conversation did not even come over to look at it or talk to me! Bocce has a reputation for it's "buffalo" style pizza. We were on a pilgrimage for the best place that had buffalo's best. Our stop included Bocce. We look at all of their locations and it appears this is one with seating (which included a covered outdoor patio. So we picked this location. As you may know Buffalo style pizza is thick, yet crispy crust with heaps of cheese and in our case, 1/2 double pepperoni (cup and char style) for those who don't know, cup and char gets some love from buffalo where it's not the flat discs of pep that don't crisp. Cup and char, curls and crisps up and takes it to a spicy version of pepperoni flavored bacon. We ordered a large pie and it was great. Cheesy was gooey and plentiful and the pepperoni side was filled to the edges. There's no waitress service so order at the counter and grab a seat, they'll bring it to you The location has plenty of parking and is easy to get to. Staff was courteous and got the order right.
