This poor location. They just cannot get it together. It’s actually my fault that I keep going back. This is an example of an experience there. You order on the DD app way ahead of time but when you get there only part of your order is ready and sometimes none of the order is ready. While you are waiting your one drink is getting cold and the avocado toast is already cold and rock hard. Still waiting for your second drink.
I asked them to heat it up the drink I had and they can’t because they don’t have a microwave. Still waiting for the rest of the order so at this point I am late for work and had ordered on the app at least 20 mins prior. Finally get my drink and I had orders a large which is stated on the label and she hands me a medium . At this point I can’t wait any longer so I leave with my medium.
I take a sip in the car and the drink that was JUST handed to me is cold?? How?? Is your steamer not heating these drinks? So that’s a $15 order, both drinks cold, avo toast is rock hard, and late for work. And this type of experience happens almost every time there. Please Dunkin on W. Read moreI used to visit the dunkin in town but the coffee was never made consistent even though I ordered it the same everytime. I have to use almond milk, 1 time it'll be made correctly then the next time it's white like I'm drinking straight almond milk and then another time it's like they barely even added almond milk it taste like straight coffee syrup. So I started visiting this dunkin and it was great for a little while yeah I have to drive 5 more miles but I'm willing to do so for the coffee to be made correctly then this last week its the same thing as the other dunkin. Each time it's different. I don't understand because I know there is measurements they are supposed to be using which clearly isn't happening. I also noticed after they made my coffee the first time (I had to ask for it to be remade) they had 1/4 of the pitcher left and just rinsed it down the drain in the sink which also presents problem bc there's supposed to be 4 pumps of syrup in my coffee but if 1/4 of it's being thrown out that means I'm not getting the caffeine content I'm supposed to be. Idk if the 2nd time they made it they did the same thing because I went through the drive through but even the 2nd time I got the coffee it was still like drinking straight almond milk.
