We ordered a large plain pie for lunch and were in for a rude awakening. The pizza was deplorable - it was desert dry and arctic cold, the dough was tortilla thin, the tomato sauce was bitter, and there were only three small patches of cheese! I called and kindly asked for the owner and female cashier rudely transferred me to Rob. He cut me off and yelled, "YOU KNOW WHAT, I'M GOING TO VOID YOUR ENTIRE ORDER. KEEP THE PIZZA AND KEEP YOUR MONEY. YOU DIDN'T EVEN TIP MY DELIVERY GUY AND HAD US COME 12 MILES [ACTUALLY 12 MINUTES] IN THE SNOW. I'LL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO COME TO YOUR [DELIVERY LOCATION] EVER AGAIN. YOU'RE NOT GOING TO TREAT US THIS WAY!", then hung up. Nothing that I did or said warranted this angry outburst from Rob. He could've refused to deliver or charged us a delivery fee, but nonetheless he didn't deserve a tip for Pizza like THIS! This review is beyond the terrible pizza - it's the unprofessionalism, carelessness, and rudeness from the staff. I can understand the cashiers being rude, but the owner yelling at me over a tip when I kindly asked for a remake? Ladies and gentleman, please travel elsewhere for great pizza because this, by far, is the WORST PIZZA IN ROCKLAND COUNTY!!!

Read moreSo this kicks off with phoning in an order and having a misunderstanding about payment. It's quicky resolved. However, unbeknownst to us the cashier girl kept a grudge against us. So we order food again on a different night. We were regulars. This time we're picking up. They give us a time. We arrive and check in. "wait a bit" she says, okay no problem. Food comes out that looks awfully similar to what we ordered and gets placed on top of the pizza oven for the cashier girl to ring up. She acknowledges it but sits on her phone. I ask "is that ours?". "No" she responds, "I'll let you know when it's ready" Suspicious, I keep an eye on it but go back to waiting on my phone. Within the 20 minutes TWENTY MINUTES I waited, 4 patrons came to pick up their stuff and leave. Guess where my order was?! Exactly where I thought it was. Untouched since I first saw it. Sitting ready for 20 minutes like I was. Presumably until she "punished" me enough, I guess.
So I hope the owners of Pakulas see this and know that because of the overgrown brat you got running the phone and cash register. You lose out on about 100 bucks a week averaged from when we were regulars. Not much. But she wins. We never went...
Read moreWent to pick up an order for lunch that my co-worker placed. got there and the order was wrong. i heard my coworker order it right but i guess who took the order did not but whatever. the issue was that the owner (pizza making guy) got so upset he slammed everything! mentioned "if i lose money on this it is whatever." (his way of saying re-do the order) then he was so upset and even started responding in a rude manner to everyone including customers. OK, So i understand he may had issues in other things throughout the day but the level of unprofessional was mood killing (did not enjoy the salad because of that experience. it was embarrassing not only for me but for the people that witnessed and received that attitude too. I cant even, whatever.) As a customer service employee myself if i'm upset i hide it from customers. Anyway, not going there no more because that was the last straw; besides always getting our order wrong some way or another. We even stopped getting catering from them. Anyway thanks but you can have all that....
