Krispy Mart LLC — Restaurant in Town of Colonie

This used to be my go to breakfast sandwich spot. They had decent prices and the sandwiches aren’t terrible. But that all changed about a week ago. Every time I visited in the last few months I had a different person who rang out my items, each time I was charged a different price for the same thing. It happened more than a few times. This last time I ordered breakfast sandwiches for the guys I work with and myself, the girl who rang me out said the price had gone up a few dollars for the sausage sandwiches. I said okay that wouldn’t be problem. When I saw the total I thought she was playing with me, $42.75 for 6 breakfast sandwiches. THAT IS A RIP OFF. The week before I was in and bought the same amount of sandwiches for $15 less. Almost $20 more for sausage sandwiches a week later, that doesn’t seem right. I started going to the place up the street, I get 6 of the same breakfast sandwiches for $20 and change. Way better than the amount of money this place...

Can anyone tell me if this makes sense this store is open on thanksgiving right they are open for food so why is that they are not making anything on thanksgiving day so I’m here at work came in trying to place my order the brother that always be at the register acting like he doesn’t have any sense I ask him for a sandwich he said ask his cousin I asked his cousin he look back at him and they was speaking their language I didn’t understand he said we don’t speak Spanish I said who speak Spanish I speak English he said we not making nothing for thanksgiving day I felt like they should of let customers aware from jump that they ain’t cooking for thanksgiving day or they shouldn’t be open period . Food is very good and the guys are friendly, but service is awful. I tried to order via DoorDash but the app wasn’t working and these guys said it was being weird for them too (whatever that means). So when I tried to place a pickup order but they told me it was too loud and I needed to order in person. So I drove over and they took 30 minutes to make my food because they were arguing with a customer over the viscosity of a smoothie.
