We went to a first birthday party with over 100 people in Circleville; a family party. Last week, the food was ordered and paid for at the same time. Today, Saturday, June 7, the food did not show up, therefore, we had to call and ask what time was the food coming. The response we got was “oh my God we forgot, we will get the food together and we will be there in an hour”. Mind you, we have 100+ people milling around with no food at a party. How do you forget a catering order that large. So many people left because they couldn’t wait anymore for the food. Totally disgusted with this and how unprofessional. It has been quite awhile since we last ordered from villa guardia. We used to order weekly. Tonight we ordered a small pie extra cheese and pepperoni along with 2 slices of mushroom and onion anchovies on the side. 31 dollars, no onion on the mushroom and onion and it looked like they dumped a can of mushrooms over the slices and bagged them up. I will say the crust was good on the slice I ate. I like onions and was bummed but will live . Husband picked the toppings off his complained that it was salty and tossed the rest. My girlfriend and I wanted pizza the other day so we went here. When we walked in we immediately felt uncomfortable from the vibe we got, it looked like the owner was there sitting at the counter he had on an apron and it looked like the delivery boy was standing right next to him. Everyone watched us walk in and stand by the counter waiting to order and ignored us.
