Molly's Gluten Free Bakery — Restaurant in Town of Delafield

A cozy hidden gem—with amazing coffee cake and kind service. I stopped by this bakery while traveling from out of state and was genuinely impressed by the delicious coffee cake—it was truly amazing! The woman working was also wonderful and welcoming, which I really appreciated.

That said.. I did feel uncomfortable due to how other customers reacted to me. I was wearing a mask because I have a compromised immune system and have been doing a lot of traveling. Unfortunately.. I felt judged and stared at, which made the visit a bit stressful.

The space itself is very cozy and inviting, though it can be a little hard to find, as it’s located inside another building. Despite the discomfort from a few customers.. the service and quality of the baked goods...

This bakery is incredible. I was blown away by the quality, taste and attention to detail this bakery offers. I ordered a cake and 24 cupcakes for a large birthday party. With the recommendation of the bakery we did a mix of 12 chocolate cupcakes, 12 lemon cupcakes and a double layer confetti cake. All I can say is wow!

I was a bit hesitant on how they would taste being gluten and dairy free (except the chocolate isn’t dairy free) but after reading all the reviews, I went ahead and placed the order. The taste was incredible. Everyone at the party was asking where the cake was from and couldn’t believe it was gluten and dairy free.

Mary created the most beautiful (and delicious) cake for my wedding! I sent her inspiration pictures, and she totally made my vision come to life! She also singlehandedly supplied all of our wedding desserts. She baked an assortment of dessert bars, cookies, and cupcakes, and they all were incredible! Our dessert table was empty by the end of the night! Mary was so great to work with and my husband and I will definitely be coming to her again for our future...
