Bluestone at Scotch Mountain — Restaurant in Town of Delhi

Took 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Did receive out drink soon after. Then ordered our food as soon as our drinks were delivered. However, server did say it will be a few minutes for our food a noisy 15 minutes into our wait. After 22 minutes, server did come to table to state that the POS system did not deliver our order to the kitchen. ( server should have checked with the kitchen staff soon after she sent the order on the POS system to make sure they received the order especially we were the last table having dinner.) Which we ordered at 8:15 pm and did not receive until 8:45pm. I think the manager noticed we had no food on our table, she should have checked the kitchen. The food was fine but expensive. The bartender was nice, but our waitress could not have cared less about actually providing decent service. While I was ordering, she stopped me half way through to go chug a soda from the bar and when she got back had forgotten what I was ordering. After 50 minutes of waiting for a burger, one of our orders was messed up. Typically it is not a big deal but our experience here was not very good overall. $12 for a burger + $2 for cheese, + $2 for bacon, + $4 for fries. I just had my bridal shower at Bluestone. The event room is beautiful! Ralph and the entire team was fantastic! The staff is very accommodating, detail oriented, and kind; they made sure the space was set up exactly like I wanted it to be. Ralph even provided beautiful floral arrangements for the centerpiece of all the tables. The food was also amazing, we received so many compliments from the guests.
