Sykes Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of East Bloomfield

I ordered two large supreme pizzas. One was made with the house recipe for my wife, and the other with minor modifications for myself.

My wife absolutely loved the supreme made with the house recipe. She thought the flavor of the sauce was outstanding, the crust texture was perfect, and the amount of the toppings was just right. It was also a beautiful looking pizza.

The modified supreme for me was to be made without any olives (I just don’t like them), about 2/3 of the regular amount of cheese, and more sauce than would usually be put on the pizza. Like my wife, I thought the flavor was absolutely fabulous! I agree with all of the remarks I made on my wife’s behalf and would add that the flavor of the sauce was really quite outstanding, the amount of cheese suited me perfectly, and the sausage was wonderfully flavored. There were ample amounts of all the toppings. This was a delicious pizza!!

I also order two full orders of boneless wings – one order with Country Sweet sauce and the other with mild sauce. The meat was cooked to perfection and the sauces were delicious!

The interior of the pizzeria is beautifully redone – and very clean.

The staff greets you with a smile, is engaging, and smiles as you leave.

Great pizza! Cozy little place. It’s a night & day difference compared to what was there prior. Nice airy crust, zesty pizza sauce which I personally love. Quality cheese. Those pepperonis get crispy which I love too. The wings, I always like to ask just for how they come. Just personally love to see how a place will do them. When they can come out crispy with a normal cook time, that’s where you got me reeled in. Which they did! Mild wing sauce that you can tell is made in house. So many good things about this place. Even the staff was wonderful & we did show up closer to close but still gave excellent service. I will be back & this might be my place to go. I live in Canandaigua but this is worth the trip to get pizza & wings. Best of luck Dan! Wish I could have met you today but I’m sure you’ve been working your butt off . I had a wonderful experience picking up the food. I did not wait more than 5 minutes. The place was clean and had a friendly vibe. We were quickly greeted by a very warm and friendly person (Emily) behind the counter. I did not feel like I overpaid for our order. The food was still hot when I got home! The pizzas were cooked as I expected it. The crust was between thin and pan type and tasted great! We got pepperoni and my wife is gluten-free so we got one of those with pepperoni as well. I decide to try a slice of the gluten-free one and it surprised me cause it was the best one I’ve had, compared to the other ones my wife would get from other places. We got chicken tenders and those went quick! I would definitely go back there and I won’t turn down a gluten-free slice from there either. Keep up the great work...
