Stormville Pizza and More — Restaurant in Town of East Fishkill

I live down the road so I called in three plain slices to go. Whoever took my order, did it incorrectly they told me 20 minutes I knew something was wrong. I got there and I said to the guy three plain slices I just called in. He told me 10 minutes. I thought maybe they had a big party going on and backed up that they didn’t have plain slices left 10 more minutes on top of the five it took me to get there I waited. The kid walks over with three pies. I said what is that? I ordered three slices. I further had to wait five more minutes for them to just pull out a pie that I can have three slices to go. The guy charged me $16 for three slices. I will never come here again even if the food tastes good. Worst service I ever encountered. I felt bad they made 3 pies for no reason but that’s not my fault I...

I actually give them 1 1/2 stars because when I walked in there were two guys working. They both glanced at me, didn't acknowledge me until I said something to them. Then it was what will you have and then nothing. Can anyone say "customer service "? Oh, wait this family walks in and their glance turns to smiles and "hi, what can I do for you?" And conversation. Okay. The pizza comes and for some reason it's bland. Maybe I'm just used to the taste of N.Y.C. pizza. But no, I've eaten pizza in other states and it's this place only. Donny is a pretty good guy, unfortunately he has allowed his immigrant labor to run the store. A certain employee is absolutely horrible and I can't believe that he has not been fired. He is horrible with dealing with customers. He constantly gets orders wrong. He pretends he doesnt see you when you walk in. On top of that he constantly overcharges at the register. How hard is it to charge the price that the menu says? I'm not sure if this is incompetence or if this extra money is being sent home. Please get rid of this guy and I will start coming...
