Edit- A different manager called us and fixed the problem and apologized. We appreciate the apology and the resolution.

This place is literally ridiculous. We ordered an extra large cheese pizza with extra cheese and apparently whoever was cooking has vendetta against anybody who wants to add cheese to his pizza because we literally got a mountain of cheese and barely any dough. The pizza was falling apart as I was re-cutting it because of the amount of cheese there was, it was literally falling apart it was disgusting. It was really late when we ordered so we called the next day To explain how upset we were and to see if we could get a coupon or our money back and the female manager Was extremely demanding we sent a picture of the pizza and telling us that she couldn’t do anything for us pretty much I guess because we didn’t call the night before and we’re calling the next day that we’re out of luck. Explained that we had children so we ended up going to bed instead of calling. We decided to call the next day thinking it wouldn’t be a big deal. When I tell you, this lady gave us attitude, said “well you ordered an extra cheese pizza” she literally didn’t believe us when we told her the pizza was disgusting and falling apart because of the mountain of cheese that was put on it by whoever this petty cook was. Everybody knows extra cheese does not mean all cheese no pizza! This Female manager, then tells us she wasn’t working the night before So she cant do anything anyway we didn’t talk to the manager on the night before. The policy is ridiculous. She then wants us to send us a picture Of the pizza from the night before to her personal phone. She will not take our word for that the pizza was unedible. She was extremely rude and pretty much called us liars. It got to the point we literally hung up on her. I’m shocked at the lack of service and extremely upset...

I used to order from this place at least a few times a month, but it's gone downhill, culminating into my experience this evening. I order my usual order, and believe me, I understand they were probably busy since it's a Saturday evening. Order was placed at 6:00, estimated by 6:45, so when 7:08 rolls around, and there's no pizza, I call. The guy on the phone said they were busy (which I get, not complaining about the delay), and he'd reach out to the driver. The guy on the phone tells me the delivery guy couldn't find my apartment so he "delivered it to the wrong apartment and gave it to some random person". Now, I ALWAYS put my delivery instructions in there when I order, since my apartment is in the back of the building and not actually inside it behind a locked entry door. The last couple months, I've been getting a call from the drivers when they don't read the delivery instructions and are outside the main entrance trying to get in. Not this time, no call from the driver. So, the guy on the phone (who didn't really help at all except for apologizing) told me the driver was coming back... which I was confused about since he just told me it was delivered to the wrong apartment. The driver calls me, rudely tells me he's outside and hangs up. I look outside, of course he's not there. I leave my apartment and go around the building to the front, and sure enough, he's at the main entrance door. He shoves the pizza at me and runs away back to his car as I tell him to please read delivery instructions. I come to find out that he didn't deliver it to some random person or apartment, he LEFT IT AT THE FRONT DOOR. In 15 degree weather. The pizza was ice cold and I'm never ordering from this...

I called a few days before pickup for a half tray of Eggplant parm and a half tray of chicken parm and a tray of salad off of their catering menu. Ordering and pick up (Marc 26th) went fine. HOWEVER, when we opened the trays up at the party...there was seriously maybe two very thin slices of fried eggplant and then the rest was ALL ziti in one pan. We had to HUNT for the tiny chunks of chicken in what they called chicken parm, I thought it was a mistake and they just gave me ziti. BUT, it was JUST ziti with little chunks of chicken. The only reason I am giving this a 2 star is because ordering and pick up went fine and the salad was exactly what any normal person would expect a salad to be. The chicken parm and eggplant parm were not at all. So if you want two pans of ziti..then go ahead and order at your own risk. I have reached out to them twice since through their website "contact us" and have heard nothing at all. If that was indeed how your catering menu items are suppose to be~then you really should advertise it as such.
