Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Eden

Just came through the drive thru around 3:20 7/15 The sign stated happy hour was after 2pm starting today. Okay cool, in advertising it shows an iced capp as happy hour pricing so I went ahead and ordered one and my son timbits. FOOD AND DRINK WERE AMAZING, however I was greeted with a guy who had NO CLUE on how to do his job . I asked “it’s happy hour pricing right” already knowing it was as stated in the sign and was told “I don’t know” so I said well it says after 2 is that drink included he responded with “I don’t know once again and a blank stare. and then after asking if he could see if it was. Not a big deal just curious he responded with “oh idk , idk the times” a worker said it’s just now started at 2, he said “oh okay” and still proceeded to just charge my card full pricing. I don’t really mind it is what it is, but have someone who knows what they’re actually doing and talking about and can greet the customers in a respectful manner. Instead of having someone who shows he doesn’t want to be there , none the less know what’s going on at the own place he works at. More training is needed...

I don't even want to give this place a single star, that's how bad it is. Honestly I had worked there, and had gotten fired when i didn't even work a total of 14 days which would make two weeks of work. I had been told I was being fired for being too slow. a) I'm Literally new, i don't know all the orders and everyone is to rushed to help me. b)Their training abilities are horrible, i had a three day training like you should, and there were many times it was dead except for one or two people in drive through for that hour. What did I learn? How to CLEAN, not, how to find things that are commonly ordered on the register, Not how to make more difficult types of drinks so that i can improve on my speed, none of that unless if i physically asked them to show me, and most the time i had to learn those things, when we had rush hours, which slowed me down. c) Buy the coffee in cans or the little one serve cups, you'll save a ton of money that way.

Anyways yeah, Tim Hortons sucks, yet are said to be the best? i cant...

My sweet old Grandmama, may she rest in peace, loved Tim Hortons. She especially loved the Cafe Mocha accompanied with a donut. On Friday, June 10th, 2020 I drove to Tim Hortons in Eden after Grandmama (on her death bed) asked if I would 'fetch her some TimTim'. TimTim was what she called it when she wanted the Cafe Moca with a donut, she was so sweet. Due to COVID-19 the store closes at 8pm, so I raced (sped actually) to the store, I pulled up to the drive-thru at 7:53pm and was greeted over the speaker by a girl who said "we're closed", I said "excuse me? It's not closing time yet" which she replied "well I decided to pull the drawers already so I can't take your order, sorry". Grandmama died the next morning.
