Being food critics wanted to see for ourselves if the food lived up to the hype? Was not disappointed! Lunch for $20 which is unheard of and the food was very good. The burger was a little dry but everybody has their off days and the cook was under enough stress. The nice young man who waited on us said he would pass on the feedback and I'm sure it will be acted on.

After being disappointed by the food quality and atmosphere at the new Plattsburgh location Jenn has redeemed herself. 🌞👍

Going to make a surprise visit to the Plattsburgh location and update my review based on such a pleasant experience...

All the food was excellent, the burgers we ordered were delicious and definitely freshly made. The poutine had plenty of gravy and cheese to cover the fries and the portion size was good. Our server was friendly and attentive however she failed to advise that the menu prices had all increased from what was in the printed menus we were given to order from and when she calculated our bill we were charged for each individual item rather than the add on price for a drink and side which was a more cost effective option. I also thought it was a bit chilly in the room to comfortably sit and eat… we wore our coats the entire time...

Not a very clean establishment. Dirty, sticky floors, the menus were filthy, overall just very run down, duct tape on the seats, ripped table cloths, supplies stacked everywhere, very unappealing interior. From what we could see of the kitchen, it didn't look much better. Ribs were old, reheated in a microwave, tasteless and mushy. Chicken was dry and flavorless. Coleslaw was just cut up cabbage and vinegar. Fries were ok. The prices are good, the portions are decent, and our server was friendly, but the food is the reason we went, and it's very mediocre. We can do much...
