I don't know why this Dunkin has changed so badly. At first the service was good, the food was good, and the drinks were right. In the past 2 years it's really gone downhill. They've messed up food and drinks multiple times, the bacon I order is cold EVERY time even when ordered hot (yes I've had to ask them to make sure it is hot) They just microwave it or reheat it so it's an awful texture. The inconsistency in drinks is ridiculous. I can order the same drink and get it made a million different ways. (I usually order a frozen cocoa or regular cocoa) and it's always watered down, or my frozen drink won't have chocolate drizzle and the next time it will (yes even when I special request it). Yes they are busy, but the service is consistently poor, the quality is bad, and I'm so tired of being patient and giving the staff time to fix issues when they consistently treat customers poorly and act inconvenienced that customers even exist.
Do yourself a favor and skip this Dunkin and go straight to the one across from 7-11 and next to Baskin Robbins in Painted Post. They have much better service, attitudes, and quality...
Read moreAround 7:15am on Sept. 30th there were 3 customers in the store waiting for some to take their orders. One gentleman (a truck driver who obviously cant go to the drive through) said he'd been waiting close to 15 minutes. Employees saw them waiting and still didn't acknowledge them. Finally another customer walked up and rang the bell multiple times and a rude employee came over and immediately became unprofessional and got an attitude with the gentleman (who didn't ring the bell). She took his order and handed him his drink with coffee running down the outside of the cup. He asked her if she could wipe it off and she refused. If the inside counter customers aren't going to be waited on with the same speed and courtesy as the drive through customers, then why on earth would you even be open for inside guests?! This isn't the first time I've been in there and experienced customers being ignored for 10+ minutes. Read moreI worked next door for two years ending in 2024. Dunkin leaves the back door open all the time half the day to smoke cigarettes outside or because "they're hot" and it lets all the flies in. There can up to as much as 200 flies in the store at once and half of them are on the donuts. Ugh. One morning in April 2024 there was mess in the women's bathroom and the manager of Dunkin came over to the 19-year-old girl working at Speedway and told her to clean it up and the girl said I'm the only one here so I can't now and instead of cleaning it up herself the manager who's getting paid probably twice that instead of taking one for the team because officially Speedway is responsible for cleaning the bathrooms she waited two hours for me to come in so the young teenage girl could go clean the disgusting mess in the bathroom. GREAT JOB MANAGER! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! REALLY RAISING THE BAR!
