Been coming here for several years when we are on travel. Every time we eat here, the food is absolutely delicious! Had the salmon, smash red potatoes, glazed carrots and house salad and buttered bread. The salmon was moist, tender and cooked to perfection! Loved the seasoning on top. Potatoes and carrots were tender and buttered, full of flavor! Staff is friendly and food was delivered in a timely manner. We went here for Mother’s Day and it was less than a wonderful experience. The buffet was mediocre and honestly the chef should be ashamed. Fruit was rotten, macaroni was dried out and inedible, salmon was sour tasting, desserts were boxed, the waffles were not as advertised. What was put out resembled food an inmate would eat. Such a shame because the view was beautiful. Cleanliness was below par and our table had hundred of ants crawling under and on the chairs. The window ledge had dead bugs and plates were dirty. Great Place, Friendly, Jaw Dropping Building and Property and Beautiful, Amazing View of the Lake and Sunset. Owner was super friendly and greeted us at the door asked if we had reservations, then said "but don't worry if you don't, we will make room". Met owner again at the bar and we had great conversation. Down to earth and very friendly. We walked the grounds and it is a Fabulous Place for dinner or a Wedding with accommodation for overnight stay.
