Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Evans

Usually i am a fan of Tim Hortons and always recieve good service, but i have now gone to this tim hortons two times and both times i have been treated horribly and not as a customer.when i ordered my drinks the first time they plan full out put in my order wrong and dismissed me when i had mentioned it was the wrong order. The second time though was atrocious. There were two mosquitos in the donut container, so i did not order any and when i ordered my drinks the girl tried to push me past without letting me pay or order. then when i got my drinks, they did not make 2/3 orders correctly and gave us a hot chocolate instead of a frozen hot chocolate. They also did not put my whipped cream that i specifically asked for on my drink. So, when i had asked the girl about our order she was extremely rude and had told me, “that sucks” in laments terms. when she finally complied to making us our drinks i had asked for whipped cream on my drink and i was told no, so i left. However, while i was in the establishment i had also noticed other details, when they had forgot to give a girl her bagel she had ordered, they almost threw the bagel at her as if it had offended them. But overall, they need to train their staff better in customer service and treating their patrons as the paying customers they are. They also should possibly invest in being more hygienic and organizing themselves behind the counter, so they can grow as an establishment. Not sure why Tim's discontinues carrying really good food and products. Seems to be getting worse as well. Discontinued the cherry tim bits a long time ago. The veggy cream cheese as well. I also dont like the fact that they only carry the "fresh cracked egg". Found this out when ordering a few weeks ago and I was told that they couldn't make scrambled eggs that go on the farmer's wrap. Not hard to do scrambled eggs. And some people can't eat them. Should have that option. No longer carry potatoe wedges. And haven't in quite some time. Only have rock hard kettle chips. The potato wedges sold very well to. They tended to be sold out of them frequently. When there today, asked for ranch for my wrap. Was told they no longer carry ranch. What??!! 2:30 thanksgiving pm ordered 2 sandwich packages. Worker that took our order replies I'm gonna let someone else take your money because I've got to go make your sandwiches.and have gloves on.I reply you've already been all over the computer with your gloves on and expect you to change them anyway. Our potato wedges were so hard couldn't eat so instead of offering to make more...they offer me a donut after she admittantly said she took them from the bottom hoping they'd be better.
