Blazers might seem to be in the middle of nowhere, but it's actually just off of Hwy. 45 not far from Tigerton. It's easy to see the sign for Split Rock, and once there, you can't miss it. The place is well put together with ample seating, and the menu offers straight forward bar food. The bacon cheeseburger was, however, well executed. The bacon was crispy, and the 1/2 pound patty was medium rare. And, that is indeed a rarity for area bar and grills. It was juicy and had enough char flavor.
