Garramone's Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Forestport

First, we asked for a specific beer... Woodland Hop Farm. Which was on a table stand and they didn't have. Second they were out of Scallops that were 6-7 of the meals on the main menu and on the specials menu. All of which were advertised on a written board at the entrance. Then when we finally ordered we received our meals. The Shrimp scampi was very dry and tasted like buttered noodles and five shrimp. Upon complaining about the poor quality of the dish the waitress too it away and offered something else. When we asked for soup they said oops we are out of soup which was advertised. When no options were available the waitress tried to take it off the bill but the manager wouldn't let her do it. When we asked for the manager and explained about the poor quality of the shrimp scampi she told us that we ate five of the seven shrimp and that we could have asked for more sauce which was not offered to us even before the plate was taken away. She said that the pasta was a side for shrimp scampi.... Like really we could have gotten 7 shrimp and a baked potato for 18.95???? What... Then she said she took a couple bucks off even before we complained so an $18.95 dish moved to $17... And she would not compensate the meal even though we ate only 3 shrimp and no pasta. Also she said said sorry it was a long weekend and they were out of stuff and they wouldn't be in stock of things till Wednesday... How is that our problem.... You aren't prepared for a holiday weekend with stock of food? DO NOT GO HERE. SHE MADE US PAY FOR A MEAL WE DISNT EAT...

We only ordered here today because of convenience. We know the food is sub paar. I called after looking at this menu. We ordered a medium with 10 wings and chicken fingers. On this menu, that says Garramones, it is $22.50 for a medium and 10 wings. I said to the young lady taking my order....I would like a medium with 10 wings, that's $22, right? She said yup, we also have a a large and 20 wings. I said ok I would like the medium and 10 wings for $22 and chicken fingers. She said ok. When we got there they had charged us $48! He started arguing with a woman who eventually said the owner is the only person that can do anything. My husband said, ok, may I speak to him. She told him he wasn't there. Then after another minute of telling my husband it was his fault, she goes to get the owner. He comes out and says they don't update any of that, only their Facebook page, and they pay a company to take care of the web page. I would think if you are paying a company you would keep an eye on it to make sure your company is being represented correctly so you do not lose customers, like they did today. Also, when I go to order something I look it up on the web, not Facebook. So, we paid $48 for aweful food. We won't be...

I would always go to garramones in forestport to get their lasagna. I have been too generous with them every time by giving them the benefit of the doubt. Everytime I order their bakes lasagna they get the order wrong. I always ask for meat sause with an extra meatball. When I order we usually order 4 for the family. The portions are all different. And they forget the meat sauce and extra meatball everytime!!! I finally get really upset after the 4th it's happened in a row. I called and asked to speak to the manager. I was told she was too busy to talk to me and that they could give me a $5 credit for next time. Even after I paid for the the missing meatballs. I was just there, she's not too busy to talk to me. Every time I order their pizza it's dry and tasteless. They put very little sauce and cheese on it. I'm done with this place and I hope you don't make the same mistake I have multiple times. They also sell utica riggies and greens on their menu. They should take it off. It's the worst I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. It's not worth it or their inflated prices!
