Ruby's — Restaurant in Town of Fort Covington

I called in to order some food and the lady who answered and took my order was really rude, I wasn't even sure if I had the right number because she didn't say "this is ruby's " just a "helloo" in a irritated tone. I love Ruby and been a loyal customer since she ran the stand before getting the restaurant built and have been really disappointed on the customer service and food lately which mostly is not at the owners fault but the employees who Ruby counts on to keep her business reputable and the great food stop she's maintained it to be for years. My pizza was soggy and my poutine barely had any cheese curds or extra cheese curds that I paid additional for,oh well...

10/10 my favorite food place in Fort Covington, honestly probably of all the north country. Their poutine is perfect! Great amount of gravy and cheese! Their ABam sauce (for wings) is absolutely divine! It’s sweet and spicy! Their pizza is the best around. The prices here are great for what you get! The owners are very friendly and if they are around they check to see if everything is to your liking. I will always recommend Rubys. If I were to say one negative thing, their burger meat does not taste fresh and I do not like it, so I just don’t order the burgers. Other than that, everything else is perfect!

I went with my parents for the 1st time tonight and it was fabulous! They were friendly and the food was awesome. It was all fresh and made the way it was asked. The fries are actually real fresh fries. They offer indoor and outdoor seating w umbrellas which is perfect. The selection to choose from for food is unlimited really. Plus the owner Kyle is always very welcoming and pleasant to see. He is a great guy to own a restaurant. Definitely will be returning...
