Cal's Rock Dam Resort LLC — Restaurant in Town of Foster

So glad we were finally able to stop in, we missed it last riding season. From the moment we enter it was a friendly positive atmosphere. We were greeted with a friendly hello. Food was amazing. There is nothing like small town cheese curds! Saving the best for last..... As for the burger, its very rarely that a burger leaves me speachless but omg the burgers all sounded amazing. I asked the bartender between the donut and the crunch.. Glad I did the first bite left me speechless it was an amazing combo of flavors! I let my wife have a bite and she was blown away as well. I was part of a group of twelve doing a trail ride the weekend of Sept. 27th and we stopped at Cal's for some food and drinks. I've got to be honest and say the place was amazing !!! The prices were extremely reasonable, the food was fantastic, the service was outstanding and Cal and her staff are awesome and fun people. If anyone is in the area you can just ignore the few unwarranted negative reviews (yes, I read some of them) and make sure you drop by and enjoy the incredible experience you'll get at Cal's Rock Damn Resort !!! Not that great of place anymore. This was a place of my childhood. Always enjoyed the area until new owner took over. This place has gone down hill since previous owners. November's gun deer season was always packed. This place doesn't even come close to it's glory days. New owner has an horrible attitude towards people. Also watch what you say she has audio recording under the bar to listen to you when you think your enjoying yourself. Even some of the locals refuse going here. Aka lakeside has better service.
