Little Kohler Haus — Restaurant in Town of Fredonia

Great little old school style place! It was the second stop on our poker run for "Hogs for heroes.' The older gentleman who bartended (not sure of his name) was not as friendly or receptive to me when I made an attempt to order food. I was told that they were out in a questionable overtone.. (no problem) so I ordered a drink instead and I noticed the reluctancy that was displayed in wanting to make the drink. After the drink was made I passed the $20 bill over to pay for the drink, I held my hand out to receive my change back from the $20 bill. The bartender slapped the money on the bar instead of handing it to me. I still gave him a tip because I refuse to allow someone else's negativity to change my character, make me feel any less or put me in an undesireable mind state. ( I Won't get into details on the undesireable feeling that I experienced at that point.) Everyone else presented kind, warm, friendly and professional. One of the big guy's who worked there gave us a warm smile and a friendly wave good bye as we departed an hour later! Besides the fact of feeling pre-judged against. I loved it! I would go back in the future, (if I'm ever in that neck of the woods.) but I now know to avoid that bartender! Thanks for taking time to read this post.
