Don't go here unless you like being overcharged charged for mediocre food. I ordered a Reuben but in a wrap, and a cup of soup. I was charged almost $24. The wrap is a little bigger than a taco, with barely any meat in it Vietnamese is very dry and hard on the sides of the meats which tells me it's old and they rewarmed it. That's what happens when you rewarm corned beef, it tastes almost sour like, and the sauerkraut is non-existent literally a few tiny pieces at the front and not at the other end. Their soup is out of a can and they just added some chicken. Hopefully not their old chicken. There's so much grease sitting on the top of the soup it's not edible, and it's all broth and a tiny bit of rice in the bottom, one tiny piece of chicken. With the price they charged they even made me pay a dollar for literally a teaspoon and a half of extra sauerkraut. I think because most people go in they figure we can overcharge them they're drinking they won't notice. I've also never had corned beef so greasy in my life and they use bagged shredded cheese instead of real cheese. 24 hours down the drain for crap food because I could have ate better going to Burger King or McDonald's for that fact and I hate McDonald's, haven't touched it in 20 years. If you like wasting your money, and not getting enough food that would even fill up a 2-year-old, definitely your place. Some of the worst Food I've ever had. $24 wasted to know to not ever return to this place. I took one bite and it literally is making me sick to my stomach because it's so greasy and the spoiled taste, is terrible. Be very careful people you don't want to get sick from eating old meat that they soaked in some grease or oil...
Read moreA very nice out of the way restaurant in the middle of nowhere. The place had one of those Midwest or typical Wisconsin vibes. My brother and I had gone on a Friday around dinner time, and it was really busy. Had a employee ask if we needed a table and how many seats we needed as soon as we entered. Sat at the bar while we waited for table and ordered a beer. Only waited about 15 minutes before we were seated at a table. Our waitress was so nice and we were given our menus and asked if we wanted anything to drink. I looked over their menu and they had a big variety to choose from and prices were very reasonable. But it was Friday so my brother ordered fish fry. I ordered the fiesta sampler basket. My brothers fish was amazing. It came with coleslaw and tartar and a side of delicious fries. My sampler basket had mini tacos, taquitos, and cream cheese jalapeno poppers with a small cup of salsa or sour cream to dip them in. Even with how busy the restaurant was our food came to our table pretty quick. We ate and enjoyed our time and we weren't rushed out even though people were waiting to be seated. All said and done this restaurant has a great atmosphere, great food, and...
Read moreWe picked up to go burgers from them on their Monday $2 build your own burger night. I had initially looked at the burgers on their menu and thought the charge for their add-ons was incredibly high, so I was happy to see that there Monday night special had a better deal. After looking at some reviews of the cheeseburgers I decided to do a double because they're patty looks thin and small. The menu says their usual burger is 1/3 pound so I think they might use a larger patty in that instance. I'm honestly not positive though. There was a sheet for us to fill out with how we wanted our burgers. I was extremely disappointed with the amount of toppings they put on my burger. I ordered tomato, lettuce, and onion. I got two small clumps of onion, barely any lettuce, and not even a full slice of tomato. The burgers were over cooked which is to be expected but worth noting. It also took almost 30 minutes for the food to come out and it was not at all busy. For what we paid, I guess I'm not disappointed but I would've rather paid more for a decent burger. On a positive note, they have very good fries and several options. Crinkle cut, sour cream and onion, side...
