Buzz's Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Town of Freedom

I used to go to Buzz’s many years back and was looking forward to trying it now that it is reopened. We went this last Saturday evening with a group of 6 people, with 6 more on their way, with plans of eating supper there. We got there at 7:00pm and was told that they were closing the grill but it was still hot and they were making their last orders. We asked if they could make our order and they said sure. 10 minutes after we ordered, the rest of our group arrived, and they were told that the grill was closed and they would not make them food. When we told the waitress that they were the rest of our group, and the first waitress told us that they would make their food, she said that they were “new” and the grill was closing. One of our group said that “being new, they should be more willing to please new customers”. At this point the waitress became very rude. When she brought our food, she would just throw it on the table with out saying anything. We had to figure out who’s was who’s. No condiments or napkins. When one of us asked for their fries, she said “ could you guys complain more about your order!” Next a woman that I am assuming was a manager game over and became even more confrontational, physically pushing a customer and saying that if we don’t like how they run the business we should leave. The reasons that I give only 3 stars is because the cooks here are awful. I have gone here 3 times to eat and have a couple of drinks. 2 of 3 times I have ordered a cheeseburger and a bacon cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was undercooked and the bacon cheeseburger was a hockey puck. The female bartenders are great, friendly and work hard. The guy bartender doesn't know how to make a brandy old fashion or brandy and coke. I know, I am asking a lot of a bartender. Great decor and atmosphere here and they do have the Brewers and Packers games on when they should. I won't eat here, but definitely will have some drinks and watch...

Every time I have been to this establishment the bartenders take about 10-15 minutes to greet me and my family and get us drinks. But only after we are greeted by the rude waiters. Then another 5-10 minutes to take the order. Then more customers walked in who are served before me and my family who have been sitting for about 20 minutes total, over all it took about half hour for the food to be served, after we have been sitting for almost 30 minutes already. It seems the bartender are nicer to certain people in the bar then others, It makes me very uncomfortable to eat here, I feel very unwelcome in this toxic...
