Stone 8 Tap House — Restaurant in Town of Galen

I haven’t been here since it’s been Stone 8 until today - although I have had pizza brought to me from there (which is DELICIOUS!), and it’s really nice. They’ve redone everything since I was last here and it was a great place to do a birthday party.

The family enjoyed bowling, and also pizza and soda. There were additional options, as well. It’s a nice setup, and as I mentioned earlier, we love the pizza. We just had cheese and pepperoni today, but other times my son brings us a chicken with country sweet sauce and it’s my fav! I heard from other locals today that there’s another highly recommended flavor which is the Stone 8.

We’ll definitely be back and it’s nice to see money invested into some of these places that are staples of...

Ordered a veggie wrap, which wasn't made with the ingredients stated on the menu. It was made with Italian dressing, rather than ranch, which made it super soggy and overpowered the wrap itself. We also ordered pretzels for the table, but never received them. Our food came to the table well after another table that ordered after us. They did take off the pretzels and wrap from the bill and offered to make something else in lieu of the wrap, but I didn't want to wait another 45 minutes.

On a positive note, my son said the mushroom Swiss burger was very good. I loved the Cider Creek...

Service is okay as long as you're at the bar. Once you get your food, they don't come back to ask if everything is OK or if you need anything! I don't drink alcohol only water and the environment. Made me feel like it was wrong to ask for water. The pretzels and beer sauce were overpriced, and beer sauce was nasty and didn't even taste like beer sauce tasted like nacho cheese 😐 won't go back for food, I'd say it's just a beer place and...
