Early Birds Diner — Restaurant in Town of Galway

I was passing through Galway after being at the lake for a girls weekend. I decided to stop and get a coffee at the Early Birds Diner. When the server told me she could do egg whites and they had fresh spinach! Sold!! I consider myself a foodie and after living in Saratoga Springs for a decade, traveling and living in Palm Beach Florida I have experience some of the best cuisine out there. Well let me tell you! The breakfast wrap I ordered at the Early Birds Dinner was the best I have ever had! Cooked the right way! Took a while but you certainly get what you wait for! I just had one of the most expertly executed Eggs Benedict breakfasts ever. Full stop. I am usually not one to leave reviews, unless I’m very impressed. Well, I’m very impressed with the breakfast I just had! I have eaten here quite a few times before, it has always been good (although at times slightly under-seasoned), but today was outstanding. I had an Eggs Benedict, and decided to add spinach, mushrooms, tomato and feta to it, all are ingredients in one of their scrambles… the cook executed a nearly PERFECT version, with expertly cooked poached eggs, which, let’s face it, is the most commonly screwed up aspect of a classic Benny. We went here for the first time yesterday as we were driving through. A small little place but service and food was excellent. We were waited on by multiple friendly waitresses. The food was phenomenal. Flavored and seasoned well. It was busy as could be but that didn’t stop them from providing excellent service and food to us. The home fries with onions were some of the best I have ever had. My omelette was fresh and delicious. My fiancé got the smoked ham and egg’s special and was impressed by the flavor and presentation. We didn’t have cash (cash only establishment) but they provider an ATM. We will be stopping in here a lot more for another...
