Mixed Up Waterside Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Town of Garfield

Just horrible! We have a cabin on the lake and have been here numerous times and have never had a good experience. The staff/owners are very unwelcoming and seem annoyed to serve you. It's very apparent that they don't care by their lack of responses to these reviews. The final straw for me came last night when my wife's salad had knats in it! Literally flying OUT of her lettuce. They also completely forgot one of our orders and when it came out you could tell it was thrown together quick and was still wrong. We also had to go to the bar to get our own drinks but thats all pretty typical with this place. They comped us for the two meals but we never heard from the owners (who were there). You'd think they would be all over trying to get to the bottom of what happened with the salad and apologizing profusely but nothing. I am clearly not of age but sat down at the bar simply because the tables were near full and it seemed easiest for the staff to serve myself and two friends there. It was automatically assumed that my friends and I, a few hungry fisherman, were trying to scam the place for drinks and were asked for our ID,s imedeatly very disrespectfully. There was an older couple that came in 5 min after us and got menus and an appitizer before we were offered to even view the menu's. We were respectfull and very polite but it didnt seem to help. At this point feeling abruply disrespected in regards to prejudism against young adults our age, we left enough money for our sodas and left before we could wait for another group of people to be served before us right in front of us. My husband and I have been here before for drinks and had a pleasant time with a beautiful view of the lake. This time we decided to get food and service was spotty. 4 waitresses and 2 bartenders and we still had to ask for napkins, drinks, and tab however the staff was very friendly as always and always apologetic. We will NEVER eat here again tho. I ordered a burger medium rare to medium and got a medium/well done burger that was bland and had no flavor. The bun is also way to big for the burger. My husband's wrap was good but completely fell apart and the waffle fries were by far way too salty to eat. All in all great place to grab a few drinks but definitely wouldn't...
