Overall incredibly disappointed. My mom wanted to take me out for my birthday lunch and let me choose. When we got there, we were seated immediately and got waters right away. Go to order drinks and they were out of the first 3 options of the whiskey my husband wanted. Go to order food, was looking forward to a steak. Well they don't start serving entrees until after 4pm, so our only options were burgers or tacos. Decided on burgers for myself, my mother and step father, my husband got tacos. Food arrives, both mine and my step fathers brisket sandwiches came out cold. My mother ordered the hot chicken sandwich, when that arrived it had a HUGE spot of mold right on the top bun. The only thing that came out good was my husband's tacos. They removed my mother's sandwich from the bill and they made her a new one. We get the check, which was still over $100 and they charged and extra $4 simply because my husband ordered his drink Neat.... by the end of all this the waitress seemed to just be done with us even though we had done nothing wrong. This is supposed to be a high-end country club. Will never be going...

Lot of the reviews on here seem to give this place a bad rap. Some say not enough servers, nobody wants to work right now restaurants are having a hard time finding people, not their fault. Second, the food was phenomenal, had the nachos super hot and tasted great. The salads are amazing filling and come as described. The one thing that makes me annoyed is that people assume that during Ice castles the restaurant is a fast food restaurant it isn’t it’s a smoke house and a semi-formal fine dining. When there is 100 people in the restaurant it is difficult to bring food out super fast. The service is great especially when you aren’t being rude to them. Come here on a weekday if you want to have amazing service if you think a server can handle 7 tables at once and not have anything go wrong once then go on a weekend during ice castles. Complain and be rude you won’t get good service they are still humans and deserve respect especially when they are overwhelmed and trying their best. Overall this place is amazing...

Called b4 hand to find out if tables were available, was told come in now can seat you,arrived 10 minutes later and he told us oh can't sit you now here's a pager wait by bar outside which we did. One hour! Later after going up repeatedly finally got seated outside ,discovered the restaurant inside empty,felt rushed bvuz by then it was 9pm. Floor Mgr. Came over and apologized but in my years of going to restaurants if your seated or as in our case forgotten about most restaurants would pickup a drink or dessert , didn't ask for anything free but normally that occurs. Was told it was super busy and the cooks couldn't catch up which I accept except their menu, to my surprise ,compromised of sandwiches or salads. I'm sorry unacceptable, if I ran my business like that I would not have returning customers which is the reason I will never return...
