Kozy's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Germantown

Well, the whole place looks like it's ran off of donations. The men's bathroom door doesn't close all the way and the water was barely dribbling out of the sink. The urinals were filled with urine and when flushed only a small trinkle of water came down. The bartender did not want to be there. I waited for nearly 10 minutes while she sluggishly shuffled around and was clearly avoiding having to walk to my place at the end of the bar. Her service was enough to deter anyone from coming there again. When the pizza finally came out, it was good. But the plates were dirty and the menus smelled like they've been wiping it down with moldy unclean water. The smell stuck on your hands after holding them. The place has clearly seen better days, most of the game machines didn't work, the quarter machine was not working and no fans were on for air circulation. It was 84 and muggy outside so it was definitely needed. The overall service was a 2/10. Our server was dirty and uncaring with very little class or professionalisim, and her not having any teeth led to things being unintentionally spat on. The waitress grabbed my cup from the top with her fingers where I would put my lips to drink. She also just kind of tossed the plates on the table instead of putting them down nicely. It sounds like I'm being a complainer right now but I haven't had this bad of service in such a long time. They better be happy they have good pizza, because people definitely do not go there for the atmosphere or...

The food is good. Nice kid friendly place on the restaurant side. They do a good job of separating the bar side. They do have a drive up window which is nice. Bring cash, they don't take credit or debit cards. They have an ATM inside but this totally defeats the purpose of jot getting all your kids out of the car.

The place is always seems to do good business. I think they need to reinvest some profits back into the place. Parking lot is full of potholes. Horrible when it rains. Maybe make a smoking area or at very least put an ashtray by the door. Pretty gross walking my kids through a bunch of people clearly in the bar area who throw there buts on the ground right by the front door. The drive up window area looks all beat up. Inside could use some updating too. Old 80s style wallpaper and feel to the place.

Again food is good. Just have a little pride...

Nice sized restaurant but awfully dusty with dead bugs on the outside of the windowsills. Service was a mess. Still, I was really nice in the restaurant and was optimistic. Sadly I ended up not liking the food. Didn't complain, still payed and tipped. However the waitress knew by how much was eaten we didn't like it, even though we said otherwise and she got very rude and snappy with us. So here's my honest review on the food.. Terrible pizza. You'll enjoy Kwik Trip's better, don't even bother with leftovers either it gets worse I promise. Drink selection was nothing special and no effort put into making them. The appetizers where just as bad and we didn't get them until we got the pizza. Was pretty disappointed because everyone had hyped up their food, hence why I went.
