Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Glenville

Limited inventory means limited choices.

Stopped in to try and nab some crullers, my favorite dunkin doughnut, but to my dismay they had a very limited number of options available. Plenty of those tiny doughnut holes, some muffins, a bunch of coffee rolls, and a line up of a few frosted verities.

I mulled over the drastically different choices presented to me from what I sought, and ended up running with a blueberry muffin, a coffee cake muffin, a coffee roll, and one of their prepackaged shortbread cookies. Coming to a total of just over $10, a pretty alright deal.

Back home I had that cookie for my after dinner dessert and found it to be very rich and buttery. The frosting on top was not overly sweet, very comparable to the type they use on their actual doughnuts, so I loved that. The roll and coffee cake I saved for another day, but I did also have the blueberry muffin. Gave it a bit of a reheat in the toaster oven, resulting in a warm and fragrant muffin. Of course the sugar encrusted top was stupendous, but the sourness of the blueberries in the muffin proper, with a lack of sweet muffin bread to accompany them, meant the remainder of the muffin was less impressive.

Went through the drive-through this morning there was a line. My car was at the tip of the speaker because of the line and the employee. My receipt says Sabrina don’t know if that’s who cash me out. She was a Caucasian girl with long hair look like braids or twists Was very rude with my car not even fully being pulled up to the speaker. She tried to take my order and could not hear me so as the car is in front of me proceeded to pull up I finally was able to be at the speaker and waited 10 minutes For the lady to say to me is there something I can help you find very rudely so I explained to her when she first Tried taking my order I was not fully pulled up. Very rude employee that should be somebody that is not dealing with your customers. If she doesn’t like her job, she should probably find a new one. Good luck with her. I will drive out of my way to never come back to that...

Worst drive through ever!! This all started on Friday when I ordered a dz donuts and they didn't give me one Boston cream in my mixed dz but that's least of the worries. For some reason this Dunkin has the slowest drive through I've ever seen, not sure when they gave up caring about servicing people in a timely manner but this is the second day in a row I waited in line for 20 mins. Yes it's my mistake for giving them a second shot but I am all about second chances. When I finally make it to place my order they tell me the espresso machine is down. This is the second day in a row. I recommend they put a sign up informing people that the machine is done but all I got was a snarky comment back. I don't recommend this Dunkin unless you want snarky comments and...
