Wolf Hollow Brewing Company — Restaurant in Town of Glenville

I recently visited Wolf Hollow Brewery in Glenville, NY and had a fantastic experience! The brewery had a great atmosphere, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and a fantastic selection of craft beers.

What really made my experience special was the manager, Eddie. He was extremely knowledgeable about the beers on tap, and was happy to give recommendations and answer any questions I had. He recommended the POG Sour, which quickly became my favorite beer at the brewery! The balance of tartness and sweetness was perfect, and the tropical fruit notes really made it stand out from other sours I've tried.

The other beers I tried were all fantastic as well, with a good mix of classic styles and more experimental flavors. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the brewery itself was clean and well-maintained.

Overall, I highly recommend Wolf Hollow Brewery to anyone looking for a great selection of craft beers and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. And if you're a fan of sours, be sure to try the POG Sour - it's truly something special! Five...

I came from out of town to try this brewery as the beer had been highly recommend by local friends. Stopped in today and was sorely disapointed. Our initial interaction with the male bartender was unpleasant. He did not greet us warmly, only rolled his eyes when we asked for flights and proceeded to make us feel like we were inconveniencing him by requesting the beer. It was a very cold and unfriendly interaction, sad to say. Sat outside with our dogs, loved the location, tents we a nice addition with the rain. Unfortunately, most of our beers were warm and flat and we did no feel comfortable enough to go back inside to make this known to the bartender due to our initial interaction not going so well. I get that everyone can have a bad day but when that attitude interferes with a customer experience then I believe that it then becomes unprofessional. Also wanted to buy a few four packs to take with me but just not worth it at that point.. A little...

Love, Love, Love this place for ANY outside fun! They have it set up like a birthday party all the time. Fun things to do all over the property. I don’t drink beer, but don’t mind going here to be in the sun. You can even go for a small nature walk behind the place too with a nice little pond. Last time I was there, there was a little boy just fishing by himself.

Nighttime bring a more relaxed setting with all the separated chilling areas and fire going all night.

Besides the sunshine weather fun, they are also equipped with a huge permanent outdoor shelter for just relaxing outside in the rain while standing next to heaters to warm up.
