Kristens Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Granby

It has taken me a little bit to get this review in but I wanted to make sure I wrote it correctly. I hosted a bridal shower for my daughter off site at a venue where we had to bring in all of our own items. I had reached out to Kristen first but the day we were looking for had been booked. I did not want the pressure of having to set up and prepare all the food for our guests as I wanted to enjoy the day. I reached back out to Kristen to see if she could prepare what I needed for the guests and she obligingly took the event on with out hesitation. I was trying to plan how I was going to pick up the food, get it to the venue, and keep it cold. Well, no worries there she delivered! She was in the middle of getting a golf tournament started at the club and was able to arrive with everything just as all my guests were in and having their first drink. I’m not sure anyone even noticed her come through. She came in, she did her thing setting it up so I didn’t have to worry about it, and away she went. The food, well I can’t say enough about and if you aren’t sure about chicken salad on a croissant have no doubt because it was so good. The turkey panini sandwiches with roasted red peppers, the one item that I was hankering to have~ gone. So, my review of Kristen’s kitchen is definitely 5 star for sure I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend her services as for me it was money well spent! This was my first time at Kristen's Kitchen. This restaurant is located at Battle Island Golf Course in Fulton, New York. I was there with a large group of friends for lunch. I was impressed with my lunch choice of a club sandwich because when my order came, and the bread was still warm from being toasted. That rarely happens, especially with large orders coming out of a kitchen. Service was prompt and courteous. It was hard to hear everyone talking because of the high ceiling, but we all still had a great time. If I lived closer, I would eat here again/more often. I walk with a cane and used the stairs to get into the restaurant. It wasn't until I was upstairs that I noticed that there was a ramp to use. A suggestion would be to label the outside path that...

The restaurant was closed. No info on the website and Google Map listed it as open. A person hanging out nearby said it’ll probably be closed the next day too. While I hope all is well with the owner/staff, I’m not used to needing to call ahead just to learn whether they’re open, closed, still in business, etc., for everyplace we consider stopping at.
