Flagstone — Restaurant in Town of Grand Chute

My girlfriend and I go to this bar all the time. Great staff, great service, normally... Tonight was the exception. There was a special 2 for 1 boneless wings. My girlfriend ordered two 12 piece orders of buffalo wings and I ordered the shrimp mac and cheese. (I have had this before and it was amazing) My friend joined us an ordered the bacon mac n cheese pizza. (Also amazing) We got our food and my girlfriend received two different flavors of wings (which she didn't order). I got my food. My friend got A pizza. There was no mac n cheese on the pizza. We asked the server what was going on, she said that was what we ordered. My friend said he ordered bacon mac n cheese pizza and she said "No, I heard bacon, egg, and cheese pizza. (Which isn't a menu item) My girlfriend pointed out that she only ordered one flavor of wings. The server told us that she heard bacon, EGG and cheese (and didn't think to question that it wasn't a thing) and then told them both to try it, they may like it. Never apologized, never attempted to correct the error, just basically told us to eat what they made us. Meanwhile, I take a bite of my shrimp mac n cheese and the shrimp taste like they have been cooking for days. They are rubbery and hard and have a sour fish taste. This was the most subpar customer service i have ever had. No attempt to make it right, no apologies, just "Well, here's what we made you..." A small tip was left and we took off. It was amateur hour. Get your stuff together, that is not how you keep...

Stopped by for the fish fry, heard it was great. We were disappointed with the fried haddock. It was super crispy so I was excited to try it but it was incredible greasy and couldn't taste the fish because the breading was so thick. Tarter sause was great and some of the best sweet potatoe fries I've ever had. Coleslaw was ok, would be great if they cut back on the garlic seasoning, it's all I could taste. Server was great, very attentive, but we had to move because our first table we chose was by an area where people smoke outside, windows were open and that's all we could smell. Drinks were well made and reasonable on price. One last issue which may not be an issue once I check my credit card this week, but I had an extra charge of $9.50 that was 30 minutes prior to me paying our bill. The bill had our food and two drinks on it so I'm hoping I won't see it posted this week, otherwise I'll have to reach out to them or my credit card company. Next time I may just pay as we go instead of doing a tab to avoid this potential issue. I'll update once it's resolved. I've eaten here before and it's pretty good, but our first time for fish. If we try it again, I'll try the baked...

The food is phenomenal. The chef is wonderful and I must note, overworked. The service is piss poor. We waited over 20 minutes AT THE BAR for service, before we moved to another section of the bar and waited another 10 minutes on top of that. 3 different bar tenders walked passed us countless times and never even acknowledged we were there. After we ordered (to no fault of her own) we got our two burgers an hour and 15 minutes after we ordered (delicious). It's always so busy, but there is never enough staff to keep things running at a normal pace. Then when we finally asked for the bill, the bartender said they couldn't print a receipt, and just asked for our total. I refused at first, because by the way things were going, we didn't want to pay for someone else's food. She scoffed and finally returned to verbally tell us what we were paying fir, still with no receipt. Such a popular, delicious place to eat, but crowded and HORRIBLY UNDERSTAFFED.
