My boyfriend and I travel 20+ miles almost every Saturday/Sunday just to come to this deli Because we love their breakfast food. We always ordered the same. Exact. Thing. Yesterday, I ordered our usual meal and drove back home to eat it. When I got back, I saw that the sandwich was missing two of the main ingredients that we ALWAYS order. My boyfriend convinced me to take it back and give them another shot. Maybe they gave us the wrong sandwich by accident. I sucked it up, called the deli back. The guy over the phone was nice I guess. He told me to come back and they would give me a new sandwich. The young guy behind the counter called out to the chef who made my sandwich and said, āyou messed up the original sandwich!ā The original chef didnāt respond. All he did was walk away. No apologies, no acknowledgment. I was so tired from making two trips that I was just itching to get the sandwich and just go back home. I wasnāt even hungry anymore but Iām the type of person who feels that if I paid, I should get my moneyās worth. I really shouldāve looked at the second sandwich before leaving because he ended up giving me the wrong sandwich AGAIN by adding an ingredient that we did NOT ask for and that Iām allergic to. This was my fourth time that day repeating the type of sandwich that I wanted and they still couldnāt get it right even when they WROTE IT DOWN. Hell, I was the only person in the deli the second time around so it couldnāt be that they messed up the order due to high volume. They just lost some loyal customers because it just seems like they canāt get it right anymore. Very...

I picked up a few of the dirty nut packages and placed them on the counter to show him and told him they should be clean. It's food. He followed me outside to argue with me and brought the packages and asked "If you don't want them why did you leave them on the counter". I told him I WAS going to buy them until I noticed how dirty they were. He said "Well the food is on the inside, what is the big deal. (I guess he didn't realize that if I open the package and my kids eat out of a dirty package the dirt can get in their mouth...and thats not cool.) I told him they were dirty, he should clean them. he then said "Thats not his job, and don't waste his time" Well needless to say just go to another deli. This place is dirty and they don't...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAs I walked into the deli I was told by an employee who was standing outside that I āshould have just called him and he would of feed me lunchā not realizing he was an employee I just ignored him and continue inside. When inside I was greeted by a familiar face who I see whenever I go into the deli, I ordered and then he looked me up and down and told me that I was looking sexy in my uniform (Iām a nursing student) I uncomfortably laugh and try to avoid eye contact and wait for my lunch. After this the guy from outside comes in and then the two of them are looking at me and speaking a language I didnāt understand. Itās really a shame because Iām in there all the time and I donāt feel comfortable or safe to go to...
