I ordered a calzone from this location at 4:30pm using the online app. The email said i should receive my food in 45 minutes or less. I ordered a Sausage, Onions, Peppers, and Mushrooms. As well as Extra cheese and pizza sauce inside. I called the store at 6:00pm the gentlemen who answered the phone sounded upset, and when I said I had been waiting over an hour for my order he said "you're not the only one" I understand a busy night it was Friday and i wasn't upset. He told he the driver had it out for delivery and I should have it soon. I waited until 6:30pm and called again. I was passed to the manager who said he tried to call and let me know the driver had screwed up and wanted to confirm I wanted the food. I did and I also understood why they couldn't get in touch with me because my phone doesn't get service where I live. So he gave me a refund of my purchase and said he would send the calzone out to me right away. He was very apologetic and I still wasn't upset about my food. I finally received my food at about 7:15pm. Very happy that I've finally got it, I tipped the driver, head back into my house and I open up the box to find that the calzone I have received is Pepperoni (which I didn't order) pepper and onions. No mushrooms, no sausage, no extra cheese. Also i didn't get ranch for my dipped sauce, it was marinara. On top of that the bread was soggy (from the pepperoni grease) and it was cold (not even lukewarm) I didn't call the store again because I had already been refunded my order and i wasn't going to wait another 45 minutes to an hour for food i had ordered at 4:30pm. I am very disappointed in this location tonight. I have ordered from here multiple times because it is the only place that will deliver to where I live. Very often we don't get the right sauces but this was the absolute worst experience I've had with...

All I can say is I just cannot complain anymore. I managed a pizza place for someone and I can tell you consistency and a manager or supervisor needs to be there at all busy times or as needed for training. This business is not performing as it should. Examples from my experience are as follows. I order salad . A garlic knot. I got a salad with no dressing. Okay I’m not going to call over it. I go to fridge use my own. Garlic knot for second time raw in the middle. Order fries for grandson another time. Very dark too cooked and no ketchup. Again go in fridge. A month later have guest don’t want to cook so I ordered fries large pizza and we never got fries. Pizza was too dark the edges were burnt. I’ll never order again! My advice to you is manager needs to retrain!! I have many more complaints and don’t have time to list. Your pizza is never ever the same. Last pizza was so bad the kids wouldn’t even eat it. The sauce and cheese were mixed together and too many spices on top. I know there is no measuring. The first time I did complain the manager gave me a free pizza to cover the bad one. I have had enough. My grandson asked me to get fries and a small pizza tonite. Broke my heart I said no. This was something once a month we did together now we cannot. Haven't been here in a long time, used to be the pizzeria I'd go to with my family. Was driving through town and had to stop in for dinner! Was told 35 minutes for my meal, the chicken parm pasta and fried dough, I got there roughly 5 minutes from when it should been ready then got told another 15 minutes because they ran out of pasta. But honestly don't bother me because that just means my food will come out fresh! One pasta dish could easily be split for two, and I didn't expect a whole loaf of garlic bread but I love garlic bread and had extra sauce so that worked out!
