Rockwell Falls General Store — Restaurant in Town of Hadley

I call a head this morning and the woman told me that she would be turning the grill on like 15 minutes before 11. So I waited in my vehicle until it was close to the time. A gentleman that owns the place Kevin, came out we talked a little bit told him I was there waiting for the grill to me turned on. He said I'll get it right out for you, okay thank you went inside. The lady that was there was pretty busy so I waited I was very polite no attitude nothing so when I went to leave, my daughter and I like ketchup so I took probably like about 10 packets of ketchup and she stood there and she said to me. Do you need that many packages of ketchup I told her yes. She was very rude to me with an attitude. so I called I talked to Kevin and now I will no longer be going to that place ever again. And I travel all the way from Lake George about 30 miles from where I live down to Hadley one way and this is how I get treated? no I don't think so. Come to find out the Lady is part owner. A Hidden Gem in Hadley!

What a wonderful experience at the Rockwell Falls General Store! The two ladies working were so warm and welcoming to both myself and my toddler — they truly went above and beyond. They set him up with coloring books, crayons, and even let him watch a movie while he enjoyed his chicken fingers and fries (which he loved!).

The atmosphere is cozy and homey, the kind of place that instantly makes you feel comfortable. The food was delicious — I highly recommend the roast beef sandwich! It’s clear this place is run with care and heart. We’ll...

I have had the pleasure of enjoying my early morning breakfast after or at the beginning of my EMS shift. Sandy the owner and her husband are just like family. Good food cooked the classic way. The owners know how to take care of the EMS personal and takes money out of her pocket to put towards the bill.

Please don’t listen to anybody’s bad review. A lot of people don’t understand the culinary industry.
