Showed up 30 minutes before closing and really needed some comfort food. We certainly found the right place! The bartender told us to relax and not to worry about closing time, he says they stay open until the last people leave. I had the fish and chips. Amazing, could have fed 3 people, fish perfectly fried and the fries were wonderfully seasoned. Paired the fish with chili sauce which I had never done before and it was great. The food I have had here is good, however if you order online they never confirm it, so you have to call the restaurant anyway, and they never answer the phone. Upon pick up (multiple times) I had to stand an wait for my food another 10-15 minutes even after showing up 10 minutes after the given pick up time which is normally 30-40 mins after ordering. Staff does not seem to know how to work the computers/card machines. After being in the industry for 15+ years, i can tell training was not a thing here. We went here for the first time earlier tonight. The food was pretty good, but something must have been up with the kitchen. The appetizer arrived after my entree, and we didn't find out for a good while later that they were out of the entree my wife ordered.

The staff was pleasant but seemed to be very rushed. I'm not sure if it was an issue of inexperience or understaffing, but the nice girl who helped us seemed to the hostess, bartender, and waitress without a lot of support.
