Management or owners need to re-evaluate themselves.. I'm very mixed on having to leave this review. The staff were wonderful, the selections were talented. Though the owners or management, I'm not sure who ever, but they sent a $50.00 check to collections. Hear me out though.. Of course I'll pay it. No issue. It is embarrassing. Except this check was written on 3/12/2020. Our wedding actually would have been today, 4/19/2020. You'll notice the dates that were when the entire world shut down. We were devastated. We've been together 18 years, we spent 4 years finally getting this wedding together, and it just crumbled in front of us. My wife and I were both working in hospital health care, so we were just, completely in a state of loss. The $50.00 check we gave them was toward the deposit for our wedding. We had selected everything, got amazing samples, and great service.. But they never, ever once, contacted us about the check. If I could attach phone records and emails I sure would. They had all our info, they had every chance of contacting us. We were all having insanely hard times, yes, but imagine where we were at, at that time. Just, any contact would have made this a whole different deal. Our finances became a mess that week as we struggled to understand what was about to happen in the world. It just doesn't feel human to send a petty $50.00 to collections. I mean, it cost more to go through all the troubles on both ends to send this to collections rather than just contact us. I'm just very mixed. Unfortunately due to this alone we won't be using...

My husband and I visited Mindoro WI from IL for our baby boy’s first birthday. We originally had an idea for our son’s birthday cake but due to our schedules we left it for the last minute. All of the bakeries near us needed a week or more in advance for what we wanted. We then decided to get any small cake from the area where we would be staying in WI. I came across Linda’s Bakery and decided to stop by. I am so glad things happened the way they did because I was able to get the exact cake my husband and I originally had planned and even better! I want to thank Michael who gave us an amazing customer service! He offered help and assisted us with ordering our cake in such a sweet manner. I did not get a name for the person who made the cake but I also thank them for doing an amazing job in such short notice. We stopped by on September 6th in the afternoon and our cake was ready on September 7th early in the morning! We greatly appreciate this bakery for making our little cake a very special one. Oh and the goodies were so delicious! We can’t wait to make another long trip...

Ordered a baby shower cake 3 weeks before the party. I picked a decoration style from their photos. When I picked it up the image was plain. Not decorated in the same style. It was suppose to have flowers and butterflies with a baby elephant. Instead it was a plain flat elephant with 4 clouds. I told them it wasn't the way I ordered it. I was told "the decorator probably did it this way because it was easier" and the photos I chose from were old. they said it would be fixed. I came back later. The elephant was better but no flowers or butterflies. Many people asked where the cake was from and let me know they were surprised a cake from Linda's was so dry. (It tasted like a box cake that had been frozen and defrosted.) Yes, we served the cake,we had no other to replace it with but for over $100 for a half sheet, I expected a much better product. I thought by ordering a speciality cake it would be fresher than their frozen ones. They have great donuts but I won't get a cake...
