I do a lot of business with your company. And 8 times out of 10 you guys get the order right and there are no problems. The quality of your coffee and ease of your app is what keeps me coming back.
With that said I find it very disappointing that when I put through an on-the-go order and expect to be in and out, which is the purpose of that app, when I get to the drive-thru window to pick up my order and I am given beverages that were not on my receipt and then given some pushback about IF it was what I had ordered as if I did not know what I was doing (My frequent orders are saved as favorites in the app, by the way), it is not only wasting my time and everyone else's time that is behind me waiting to pick up there drive-thru purchase, but it is also very insulting.
When I had assured the drive-thru worker that she had in fact forgotten key ingredients to my consistently ordered beverage along with getting my second beverage flavor wrong, she had then informed me that another ingredient, Coconut Cream Pie, which is always put in my beverage, and still advertised at that location, is no longer carried. This tells me that if I didn't say anything in the first place, it would have been handed to me without it. If its no longer offered, it should not have signage in the window and drive-thru menu.
You would think that this would be something disclosed before handing my order to me. It was just poor customer service all around. When I had told her that she had forgotten to put my Splendas, she had then questioned if I even ordered splenda for my coffee, and said I just ordered it black, which led me to show her the receipt. Once she had seen that Splenda was in fact on the receipt, she had then asked me if I wanted Splenda in my drink. I don't understand why that would even be a question being that the order was clearly put on the receipt in the first place. You shouldn't have to ask me if I would like the ingredient in my beverage that I had ordered as if it were an option.
After all of the questioning regarding the accuracy of my own order, it now leaves me questioning whether I want to continue giving Dunkin Donuts my business or not. One thing is for sure, I will definitely not be recommending this location to anyone and it is very unlikely that I will be visiting this particular...

I was trying to order a Charlie cold foam coffee, but I wasn't on the grubhub menu, so then I made what was close enough to the coffee manually, and thought I would just call the store and ask them to put cold foam on it. Pretty simple request right? THEIR PHONE DOESNT WORK AT ALL APPARENTLY. It just kept saying phone out of service, or beeping when I tried calling it for 20 minutes, even asked the grubhub driver to ask the store, no response. So if you have no form of communication to your customers you should say your phone isn't working on your menu. I've never ordered from this dunkin before and this was honestly a real let down to receive a coffee that wasn't made right or prepared...

It was actually disgusting... Thanks for having me waste my money on the one day I actually got to stop before work... Honestly I should have checked it, but how do mess up that bad? I really hope whoever dropped the ball today doesn’t complain about not making enough.. I usually don’t complain if A: it’s edible or B: I can turn around to get it changed.
