JRECK Subs — Restaurant in Town of Hastings

I Went there at like 7:15 and it said they didn't close till 9. i asked what soups they had and the only one was vegetable with barley. everybody knows the only soup worth getting here is the broccoli with cheddar... that soups the worst, the place was basically closed already, the cashier was snobby, I turned right around and headed right down the street for dinner. I see why the bad rep here *update now they dont serve soup there anymore. the one good thing I was going to come there for. I hope to see a new business soon that cares about what customers...

It's Jreck's so it was delicious, Employees were super nice.... Here's the things that are not great: one of the front doors was broken, fryers were broken, out of lemonade (only soda available), out of napkins (ripping pieces off brown paper towels for customers), don't have the original shaker Italian dressing (they said it's homemade, seemed a bit sketchy but wasn't bad tasting). Overall, not up to the Jreck Sub standards we're used to.... Felt badly for the nice associates stuck...

What a joke… gave them 3 hours notice to make 4 subs for us here at work half hour away. Had my husband go and pick them up and every single one was missing almost everything and on the wrong bread. Then when I have tried to call them back they have not answer the phone for the last hour. I mean….it is what it is here I’ve been trying to convince my co workers that jrecks was the way to go even though it wasnt close by we will not give them our business...
