This place is a joke they do not let vegans know there fries are cooked with beef stuff in them and if u look into it they cook there fries in natural beef flavoring then the rude child hidie hangs up on ppl and thinks it's a joke very rude ppl and horrible customer service but this is a lawsuit and they will know she can kiss her job goodbye then spoke to the "manager" he refused to give his name and told me cus they are short staffed is why I was treated rudely then proceeded to tell me I should have looked into if french fries are vegan and asked like potatoes really then proceeded to call me a joke and be rude himself best part is I recorded the phone call cus of the rudness so cooperate can figure out who the two kids are I do not recommend this mcdonalds I will keep yall posted on my TV show I'm gonna really go in on this it's unprofessional and just bull to treat customers this way but karma allways works and having a good lawyer does too we have contacted our friend at PETA and we are reaching out to our local vegan groups for help on this when someone asks for vegan options then asks for fries they should let ppl know they aren't vegan friendly instead they don't think we'll this guy is vegan why is he ordering fries and say something no we asked they said yea they are and now we need to do something I plan to make it so they will need to show on there menus next to food non vegan or vegan...
Read moreThis is not the first time I have had poor performance from the team and leadership at this McDonalds. Just 2 days ago at lunch time I went through the drive though and ordered my regular meal, a quarter pound no cheese large meal. I was asked to move forward because this burger is made fresh, but not this case. This order takes long and I always expect this. The order was brought out and one side of the burger was burnt, much darker that the exposed side. I had it returned and it almost came back out immediately, this was a surprise, again because I know it takes longer. I walked this one back in and showed it to the next person I could get and it was the supervisor, she was obviously upset, the burger again look very dark on one side and normal on the other, and was folded in half! No she was upset with me, "what do you want, remake it or refund it". I just told her forget it, she was upset that I had rejected 3 burgers in a row, not understanding that the quarter pounder takes more that how fast they were coming out. I was obvious to me that these were pre-made and over cooked, but he did not do her job and fix the problem, if I had gotten another one it would have been thrown at me probably. Read moreI used the app to order ahead and save money, but it didn't save time. Two cars were ahead of me in drive thru, but we were backed up by 3-4 cars at the windows waiting to pay and receive their orders. It took 20 minutes to get my order. Not sure if it would be faster to choose curbside pickup.
I have been a fan of the new spicy chicken sandwich, but this one was thin and not very juicy. Afraid that they have downsized the filet now that people have tried it and loved it. I think BK did the same with theirs. I know consistency is harder when the filets aren't shredded and molded ala McChicken, but Chik fil a seems to have a pretty good handle on it.
We used the app again a few days later and I used curbside pickup. I like this better since I don't have to inch ahead and keep the car running. Unfortunately I did not check my bag for accuracy and we were missing our 10-piece nuggets. I got home and called them. I got an apologybut little else. I drove back and picked them up.
