Great place with a laid back vibe! They have awesome beer and bring in quality live music and events. At quieter times they play good tunes and the friendly staff will be sure you are fed and watered. They also support outdoor activities with a bike shop and their own hiking + biking trails. The "Jack and Jill" trail is easy and leads to an awesome Brant Lake view! I have yet to try the food, but it always looks great. Will add more when I do!

Perfect for mountain bikers, hikers and anyone with an electric vehicle. There's a 5 mile mountain biking trail and a 0.67 mile hiking trail with a 600 foot elevation behind the store. Also, there are two level 2 chargers on the building and best of all during the day they are solar powered. This is a perfect place to grab a bite to eat after you adventure or while charging your vehicle.

We popped by The Hub after a marathon weekend at Schroon Lake. Excellent sandwiches, all made from scratch with solid local ingredients (opt for the Adirondack Gobbler and Ham & Swiss Delux which is no ordinary sandwich). Dog and kid friendly, great music and vibes, craft beer on tap is 👌🏻

I had heard many many positive things about The Hub from other cyclists. Having this stop in Brandt Lake is a real treat. Yesterday was my first time going there. According to others, there were new staff members in the kitchen/ordering area. We ordered a sandwich then wanted to split a beer. Because the sandwich had already been paid for, we were told we had to “order food with beer”. There was no consideration of our previous order.....ok, so I ordered ice cream, which the kitchen said qualifies as food. I go to get a beer with the ice cream and was told ice cream isn’t food. Really? Is this inexperienced staff sending mixed messages? Rigid close to rude staff following the rules to a fault and not caring about customer service? Really surprised at the abrupt lack of customer service. I understand that there are certain things that need to be followed with beer, food consumption, COVID, etc. I totally get it. But the rudeness/rigidity of staff was...

Note: We are not hikers nor mountain cyclists. We made a point of coming because of the good things we have heard/read. We rarely take our phones into restaurants. I wish we did this time. We were pretty underwhelmed with lunch today. $30.75 (incl tax & tip) is pretty pricey for two smallish paninis and a couple bottles of Pure Leaf tea. Paninis were served on a dinner-sized plate looking so very lonesome without the advertised side of chips. Went back to the counter to ask about the chips. Answer by the young lady at the register: "We're out." Really? Damn, Stewarts is just on the other side of the Northway. Go buy some chips there to tide you over 'til you can get a delivery. Yes, making a big deal about some damn chips. It's the attitude that was given. No mention when order was placed and a two syllable answer when we asked. Second bummer of our trip was to see the Lazy Moose is for sale. I certainly hope a new owner will continue...

Food is good. Price is little expensive but whatever.

But can you please get help for your poor cooks. Or tell your cashier her job isn't just taking orders she can help with other things. I happened to be there during a very busy night. The two cooks were rushing around trying to push out orders quickly which they did. But I literally watched your cashier stare off into space and not even offer to like wipe off a counter tip or clean a knife so they had so.ething clean to use. At one point the phone tang and the poor kid making 20 sandwiches had to run over and answer it while the cashier who didn't have anyone in line...
