Jodi's Dairy Bar — Restaurant in Town of Hounsfield

I was just there and ordered a large Peanutbutter Smores Sunday. Yes I know it was hot today but when I got it, and it crossed the window it was half melted and practically soup. So I just dumped it in the trash. Asked for a replacement and got a soft Vanilla Ice Cream Sunday instead. Took that back up to the window to get the original order I had placed, a Peanutbutter Smores Sunday at which point the owner's response was "Will you just make up your mind" after slamming the window open. At that point I just asked for my money back! The owner's response to that was "Just give them their money back to get rid of them". I will NEVER go there for ice cream again. I will go to Frosty's instead. NOT very...

They have a LOT of flavors. And the owner is very knowledgeable....and friendly. She did not try to upsell me and even let me sample some things so I would have an easier time deciding what I wanted. But when I did order she told me they only had one size cone(contradicting the sign hanging behind her) and that she couldnt put a coating on it (again contradicting a sign behind her.) So she had to put the coating in a dish and told me I had to do it myself. Ultimately I ended up getting an entirely different order because that's a huge hassle...but the ice cream I did get (small...

If I could give a negative star I would . Went today and the lady who took my order seemed miserable. I got my ice cream and took one lick and it fell off the cone into my hand. I walked up to the window and asked if I could have a cup. The lady hands me a cup with no spoon or napkins I work in customer service so I know what it's like to have a bad day . But this is the second unplesant experience I have had. Didn't apologize or offer to do anything just a ride look and a window slam .....
