Joe Cristiano's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Hyde Park

The food here is very good. I like to try as many pizza places as I can find because 90% of them all serve the same generic basic tasting pizza. I'm happy to say this is not one of them and if among the 5 unique pizza places I have tried so far in the surrounding area. The quality is well above average, dough is cooked just right, sauces are great, and the service was also very good. When I went in person to get a salad for a friend I was scatter brained and ended up placing three separate orders because I could not make up my mind but the guy running the front was friendly and polite. Another time I was visiting family and had pizza picked up from here and I will definitely say the chicken Alfredo pizza was quite delicious I can't say I've ever had one from another place that used such a quality Alfredo sauce and didn't just put it under the cheese to dry up when cooked, they slathered the chicken and had a layer of sauce on top of the cheese it...

Joe Cristiano's is, without a doubt, some sort of sorcerer's cabal. No place should have this many delicious products with no disappointments. Every restaurant has at least a FEW dishes where you go "oh...oh well". Cristiano's does not and that scares me. Mac and cheese pizza? Incredible. Fried zucchini (the cruel ruse of a brother to mozzarella sticks)? Delicious. Hell, even their bottles drinks taste better. How is that even possible?!

It was 7:45 on a Sunday night and we'd been traveling all day, car issues, up at 3am for an airport run, the whole 9. Anyhow, we're getting to our airbnb and turned into Joe's before their 8pm closing time. They'd just washed all the floors and were closing up for they day. They offered the nice variety of pizza by the slice, which was our choice and excellent! But offered to make us anything on the menu, not rushing us out, gave us free garlic knots and then came and offered an order of chicken wings because they'd just dropped it in the cooker when the order was canceled!
