T'n'F Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Hyde Park

I'm so upset to have to amend this review, but I just picked up another pie and was great but ordered a calzone and it was the worst I have ever had, it was not cooked right at all and I ordered extra sausage and extra ricotta and it's like the guy just gave the whole can of ricotta and no sausage and it was under cooked, I called them up and told them that and the guy wanted to refund me a topping of .50 ¢, are you serious? I couldn't talk no more and just hung the phone up! I don't care how good the pizza is, if you can't take care of your customers therightway when they pay for something, then I just won't ever go back again. You need customers, the customers don't need you! Just letting the people know what they're dealing with when buying from them! But no matter how good something else is, if I can't feel appreciated when I spend my money somewhere small, and they won't make good on there mess-up, then I'm NOT going back! My family and I order from tnf pizza at least twice a week and tonight we had a bad experience. We ordered a chicken Philly sandwich and was delivered a beef Philly. This same thing occurred last night. When I placed the order I asked that they please make sure it was chicken tonight. What was deliver was beef. I called to let them know that an error had been made again and I was met with a gentleman who told me that I was wrong that it was definitely chicken but agreed to make another one. When that one arrived it was chicken. Perfect. Until I received a call from the same gentleman telling me that I was wrong. The original was chicken because he was looking at it as we spoke. The attitude that this guy displayed was definitely uncalled for. I work in the food industry and do not appreciate that this guy treated me like I was an idiot. Used to be a loyal customer, until ordering a pizza for delivery. I tip well and have never had a problem with the service but when the delivery showed up, the man told me what my total was, which wasn't what I recalled hearing on the phone. Since it wasn't a large difference I assumed maybe the cashier gave me a total before tax, but upon checking my receipt minutes later I realized that the delivery man overcharged me on my delivery to gain an extra tip. Upon calling the business to complain I was told that they are unable to control their employees on deliveries, and that there's nothing they can do.
