Great River Deli — Restaurant in Town of Islip

OMG. I like potatoes and potato salad. I LOVED their potato salad. FRESH as can be. The best I had in years. Spuds were cooked and soft to perfection. It was tart (not really), but sweet - a perfect balance. And CREAMY!! Can they do it exactly this way again?? I hope the kitchen can prepare this consistently - don't deviate a bit.
