Saddle Lodge (Gore Mountain Ski Resort) — Restaurant in Town of Johnsburg

3/10/2022 Today I skied at Gore Mtn. I stopped for lunch half way up the Mtn at the Saddle Lodge….I like to compliment people who stand out from the others if they deserve it…and today I met 2! First of all, there is “Jim” the cook who was very pleasant ! Jim cooked me up a cheeseburger that was superior to any burger I’ve had lately! SERIOUSLY ! This burger was DELICIOUS! And the other ingredients were very FRESH!! Well worth the price!! I swear I haven’t had a burger this good in years!! THANK YOU JIM! Then there was the cashier, Brandy! This is a great lodge to warm up and grab a bite to eat. It is a very cozy feeling lodge, with adirondack decor and some pretty decent food.
