Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Kent

I frequant here alot. I didnt give it 5 stars because they are amazing. I gave it because people leave very rude, distaseful comments. Clearly those leaving these crappy comments have NEVER worked in the food industry. The demands are relentless. Serving people is one of the toughest things to do because you have to make everyone happy ALL of the time and thats not possible all the time.

The ladies are friendly. They could maybe consider smiling. They look miserable sometimes. Food is okay. I was never a dunkin food fan. Coffee is usually good. Now and then its very bitter. But the apple cider is great!!!!!!

To those who do nothing but leave nasty comments and have such negative views MAYBE..... JUST MAYBE..... Consider getting a job there....? Since ya know, you all seem to know how to make some killer coffee. Maybe you should teach them how to perfect coffee making since you see to know it all.....

Went to this Dunkin Donuts this afternoon. Normally, this is our favorite morning Dunkin’ Donuts to go to. As the staff is perfect “always on point” And “always shows that they’re working hard because they take pride in their job”. The afternoon staff has more and more lately been questionable. Today, only two people working and it was dead inside and out. Yesterday my husband Went to the another Dunkin’ Donuts and got a coffee he really enjoyed. I took a photo of the coffee so I can get it for him today. Went to this Dunkin’ Donuts again this is normally our favorite one. I Ask the girl if they had this coffee offer here, i showed her a picture of the coffee, line by line how it was made. She said she can make it. So I ordered two. These are not the same coffees. Again, this Dunkin’ Donuts the morning staff is the best, the afternoon is always questionable or disappointing. Today was a disappointment again. My husband got me a 16 ounce hot carmel latte there, then brought it home. By the time he got home (2 mile ride) the foam had dissipated and what was left was maybe 12 ounces of coffee. After I complained I got an e-mail (four weeks later) from the apparent manager who basically said "thats what the foam does". No offer to give me money back, or a free drink. Foam or not, 16 ounces cup says 16 ounces not 12...false advertising.

Then I waited awhile before I got a hot coffee from there again. Yesterday I went got the same thing "16 oz hot carmel lattee" no freaking carmel, none, not one drop and the receipt showed that she heard me.

Needless to say this is a useless dunkin donuts where no one is apparently trained to make the coffee that...
